The investigation is being led by homeland security investigations (hsi) agents in new york, where a lawsuit was filed against combs by a former girlfriend last year, accusing him of sex.
Sean diddy combs has been placed on suicide watch at metropolitan detention center, where he is awaiting trial on three felony charges stemming from years of alleged abuse.
